Barloworld Transport Academy/ identity
Barloworld Transport’s fully accredited Academy enables the organisation to address skills requirements and development needs. With over 500 learnership and apprenticeship programmes for both employed and unemployed learners throughout Southern Africa, these programmes are run in conjunction with their subsidiary companies and supported by stakeholders such as TETA and the UIF. Aligned with Barloworld’s “Smart” visual identity, the new, colourful logotype was designed to represent a diverse, forward-thinking training institution—an institution that empowers learners to develop tangible skills which they can use to access real employment opportunities.
